The construction side of the business can undertake all building works in relation to the following:
Self Build construction - working with the client's to assist in the construction of a new build property.
Building extensions - working with our own design team or indeed with other consultants to develop the client brief and construct to plans issued in order to extend domestic houses or a comercial property.
Maintenance services - working on established properties to keep the operations of that property to the highest degree of comfort as requireed by the client.
Refurbishment - working on established propertiesthat require a make over or repairs before new tenants or owners take residence, or indeed working with established owners in order to improve their home.
Insurance reinstatement - working with Loss Adjusters, Loss Assessors, Insurance brokers, Surveyors or Architects in order to reinstate a property following a devastating fire, flood, storm or impact incident. We will work to any specification and fully manage the build process.
Kitchen refits - we can strip out the basic to the sublime kitchen installation and replace in an equal or improved quality. We can also offer a new kitchen installation, design service as requested.
Bedroom and Office refits - we can strip out the basic to the sublime Bedroom or Home office installation and replace in an equal or improved quality. We can also offer a new installation, design service as requested.
External home office, storage, child's playroom buildings - we can design and build timber structures for the garden at home. Ranging from office buildings, garages, storerooms and playhouses. We also offer a tree house structure design and build service.
Facilities Management - we can offer a full service or tailored service to keep the operations of a property working like clockwork.
